stinkwheels - meet the team

Tony Greenslade
A self confused Yamaha nut. Tony has a collection of over 20 two-stroke Yamaha's. From a 1989 TZ50 to a 1985 RD500LC. You will find Tony at the various race circuits during the summer running the "Team Gibson" TZR's in the YPM Championship.
Ironfighter extraordinaireClive "King of Bling"
Clive has been in the motorcycle trade for over 30 years. He has worked with many famous racers whilst making alloy petrol tanks. He can turn anything into a bit of Bling for you. Currently riding a RD350N2 YPVS, Clive loves his two-strokes.
Joe "Golden Boy"He can do anything!
Joe is at home making and welding pipes, setting your bike up on the dyno, or helping out in the workshop. You just don't know what he will be doing next! Also pretty handy on a race bike, he has raced Ducati's, Triumphs, Honda's and even sidecars.
Casey
Our resident guard dog. Well as long as you can be licked to death :) Named after the racer Casey Stoner, is is one dog that won't get tired out.

Tony BuchanTeam Rider #78
Tony has been one of the Team Gibson regulars aboard his TZR250 all season.
Team Rider #82Ben Miles
Ben only managed a few meetings on the Team Gibson TZR250 this season owing to the pressures of finishing his studies. Now that we have welcomed Ben to the 'pleasures' offered by the great wide world of work, we are hoping to see him out regularly in 2009.
Marcus DonkersleyTeam Rider #79
Owing to horrific injuries sustained at Silverstone, Marcus missed a large part of the season. Everyone was delighted to see him back on board for the last meeting of 2008 at the Brands Hatch GP circuit. The immensely popular and ever cheerful Marcus got the biggest cheer of the weekend from the enthusiastic Team Gibson supporters when he finished.
Guest Team Rider #8Chris Pearson
We were glad that Chris from Classic Motorcycle Mechanics magazine could put in an appearance for us in 2008. Chris rode the teams spare bike and you shouldbe able to read about his experience in the YPM championship in the coming months.
Peter LawrenceGuest Team Rider #70
Peter was out on his imaculate RD350LC ProAm replica machine. Bob Farnham tuned engine and the TZR250 running gear gives Peter one of the fastest machines out on the YPM gid and one that certainly catchs the public's eye. We hope that Peter is well and the 350LC is back on the road to recovery after he broke his collarbone in an incident at Snetterton. Watch out for his new TZR250 for 2009 season.
